Minnesota law provides you with the right to have an additional test taken after you give a test to the police. If you contact Additional Testing, Inc. at 612-333-3226 they will send out a 24-hour dispatcher to collect a sample from you. You must pay for this sample, but it can be useful to demonstrate, in some cases, that the test you provided to the police was not accurate.
